Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a service, or call Roof Fix Tulsa, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the details of the work you need. Our server records the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent for fraud-prevention purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and deliver the service you booked, and send the appointment messages you agree to. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored in a private database accessible only to Roof Fix Tulsa and the providers that run our booking, email and text messaging systems on our behalf. Notification emails are sent from quote@rooffixtulsa.com.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you agree to receive text messages from Roof Fix Tulsa — by ticking the optional text-message box on our quote or booking form, or by saying yes when our phone assistant asks — we text you about your request: appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties. See our Terms of Service for the full text messaging terms.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us through our contact form. We will remove your record within 7 business days.
